In this course, youll learn to manage complex issues by developing the skills to monitor resources, meet key business objectives and navigate organisational structures. Youll master the art of managing yourself and others.

Graduate with the skills you need to respond to the impact of changing markets, and learn to take part in ethical decision making and sustainable business practices. Become an expert at strategic thinking, people management, and knowing how to make effective, well-informed business decisions. Tackle real business problems head on such as unfair dismissal claims, how human behaviour influences teams and how you can motivate the growth and development of an organisation. Solidify your knowledge through meaningful assessments, such as a consulting project for a live client, giving you the confidence to step into the business world upon graduation with ease.

The Management major is designed to keep you connected to industry throughout your studies. Youll have the opportunity to hear from guest speakers whove had extensive experience in the business world. In the past, these have included inspiring speakers from Richmond Football Club and The Cheesecake Shop, who have boosted students professionalism and work readiness.

The Bachelor of Business with a major in Management is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International, and is a part of the five per cent of business schools worldwide accredited by AACSB.

Non-Year 12 entry

Completion or partial completion of an approved tertiary qualification (including diplomas, advanced diplomas, associate degrees and degrees). Additional performance criteria and prerequisite requirements may also apply.

Applicants without a formal qualification but with significant and relevant work experience and appropriate English language skills, or a suitable Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT) result, will be considered if they can demonstrate that they can undertake the course with a reasonable prospect of success.
