    Outcomes

    Business transformation

When a company needs to make drastic organisational or procedural changes to improve its success, a business transformation specialist can be brought in to plan future changes as well as identify and flag any potential issues.

    Disruptor and innovator

Think Airbnb, Tesla, or Netflix. These are well-known examples of commercial disruption and innovation. Disruptors and innovators create new market and value networks which lead to the displacement of established market-leading firms, products, and alliances – often fast-tracking this shift.

    Entrepreneur

An entrepreneur sees a gap in the market and fills it, usually by developing a new business. They are innovators who see new and novel ways of generating goods, delivering services, or running enterprises, either in commercial or social settings.

An intrapreneur has the same traits as an entrepreneur however is placed within a larger organisation to promote innovative product, service or process development and marketing.
