What makes our course different?
You will focus on contemporary managerial issues ranging from leadership to organisational change, ethics, strategic planning, and social considerations in a globalised world. Our highly structured, well-rounded program prepares you for leadership no matter where you choose to take your career. You will also have the opportunity to:
- Choose from units that allows you to learn how to develop, structure and present successful business proposals or study communication between people of differing cultural backgrounds in different social and professional contexts. Alternatively, add a unit on accounting and finance for business or employment relations.
- Study online, giving you the flexibility to balance your study with your busy work and other commitments.
- Complete the program in as little as one year full-time or opt for the flexibility of spreading your studies over up to four years part-time.
Study online
Most of our students choose to study online across three study periods with 24/7 tutor support* and fit study around work and family commitments. Uniquely, our online students are mostly over 30 and bring valuable experience with them. They form a community of adults juggling the same challenges and priorities and who bring their life and work experience together at UNE in order to become future-fit and better respond to a rapidly changing world.
