    Behavioural Aspects in Projects

    About

    Summary

Projects are organisational vehicles that shape our future and address grand challenges in society. The people who lead, manage and work in projects make a significant contribution to the successful delivery of the project and the mode of project delivery. However, the temporary and inter-organisational nature of projects creates unique challenges in terms of behavioural aspects. This includes topics such as governance for behaviour change, digitalisation and behaviour, decision making and conflict or organisational justice to name a few. We are interested in enhancing the understanding of these topics and welcome PhD applications which address these topics.
