Overview Learning outcomesThe objectives for Biblical Studies students at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary graduating with the Bachelor of Arts degree are as follows:Demonstrate an increased understanding of the Christian worldview in relation to the natural and social worldDemonstrate an increased understanding of the theological foundations of Christian ministryDemonstrate increased competence in practical skills of Christian ministry such as information management, strategic decision-making, and communicationDemonstrate an enhanced foundation for subsequent formal and informal education.Students graduating with the Biblical Studies major will be able to do the following:Demonstrate increased understanding of the biblical textInterpret Scripture using appropriate hermeneutical and historically informed principlesDemonstrate skill in communicating biblical truth. Immunization Records Official transcripts from any post-high school educational institution must be sent directly from the institution attended to Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary Admissions Office. Church Endorsement Form completed by the church where the applicant is currently a member. Pastor Recommendation Form completed by a Pastor. If you have less than a one-year relationship with your Pastor, then a deacon or Sunday School teacher may complete this form. If you are a Pastor, send the form to your Director of Missions.Recommendation Forms completed by two persons not related to the applicant and by persons the applicant has known for at least one year.
