Building Surveying (with Foundation Year), BSc (Hons)

Our foundation year will prepare you to study at university. You'll develop the key academic skills you need for a degree.

You'll study construction design. This will teach you how to design and present building concepts. You'll use both drawing and computer aided design.

You'll continue to develop your mathematics and engineering skills. This will help you carry out tests and analysis in building surveying.

Once you've successfully completed your foundation year, you can progress onto our Building Surveying BSc (Hons) degree. Our course takes a practical, problem-solving approach. You'll spend time at real construction sites. Instead of essays, you'll write reports and projects based on real-life scenarios.

Diploma from a technical / vocational or health college / institute with a GPA of 2.0/5 or 60-64%

Successful completion of on year of appropriate study at a recognised KSA university with a GPA 2.5/5 (65-69%)
