    About

    Overview

Develop the skills you need for a managerial career in any sector, both in the UK and internationally.

Youll build a broad foundation of knowledge on all aspects of business and management, ensuring you graduate as a well-rounded professional with excellent commercial awareness.

The programme covers core business concepts in the first year of study, including:

    • accounting
    • marketing
    • business economics
    • operations and information systems management

You can then tailor your studies to emerging areas of interest or career aspirations through a wide range of specialist modules.

There is a strong emphasis on teaching that is informed by the latest research and commercial best practice, as well as a focus on employability, sustainable development and global corporate responsibility.

    Business and Management Clinic

The Clinic provides you with opportunities to build your confidence and employability prospects, through working on short-term consultancy projects with local businesses and organisations.

Working under supervision and as part of a team, you'll run clinics, setting frameworks and templates for consultancy activities, and coordinate and oversee consultancy projects.

Prior to participating in the clinics, you'll have the opportunity to attend an 'Introduction to Consulting Skills' course as part of our Career Booster programme.

If your consultancy clinics are successful, you may be able to approach the same organisations and work with them for your final-year Bradford Business Challenge Project.
