What you will learn
On this degree you will gain a solid grounding in management and business studies as well as skills to help set you apart in a competitive job market. You will learn how to respond to market dynamics, and identify threats to businesses and new technological opportunities. You will also develop entrepreneurial skills to support new, start-up businesses or to set up your own business.
You will study management of innovation and will also gain valuable skills in digital transformation management, project management and strategic management. In your final year you will apply your skills in developing a business plan for a new venture or a new product or service innovation.
How you will learn
You will learn through a mixture of lectures, interactive seminars and hands-on workshops, designed to bridge theory and practice. You will also explore real-world case studies to help you to foster practical problem-solving skills.

Placement route
If you opt for the full-time Placement route on this course, it will give you the opportunity to develop your business skills in the workplace and apply learning from your degree in a professional setting to further increase your employability when you graduate. Please note that this option is not available for students who require a Student visa to study in the UK.
Foundation Year
If you opt for the Foundation Year route, this will fully prepare you for undergraduate study. It is ideal if you are returning to study after a gap, or if you have not previously studied the relevant subjects, or if you didn't achieve the grades you need for a place on your chosen undergraduate degree.
