Business & Management with Accounting & Finance

How can businesses be run more efficiently and be more profitable? Join us to discover how businesses are built, nurtured and sold. On this course, you'll explore the fundamentals of business and management while examining how accounting and finance plays a key part in success.

During this BSc (Hons) Business & Management with Accounting & Finance degree, we'll give you the skills needed to structure businesses financially. Explore business law, ethics, marketing and economics to develop a strong understanding of modern business. You'll learn how markets move and companies grow. We'll expose the complex environments where today's start-ups are put to the test.

You'll develop an advanced understanding of how organisations operate locally and globally. You'll also have the opportunity to start your own business, or work on live client projects. Here you'll be able to analyse the diverse issues facing the organisations of today.

When you graduate you'll be eligible for Affiliate Member status with the Chartered Management Institute.

During Year 1 you'll begin to explore the fundamentals of business and management. You'll dive into business economics and explore marketing practices for business. We'll also look at how businesses are structured, and the vital role of management accounting. You'll learn how to adjust accounts for accruals, bad debts, and VAT. Choose a module in subjects like business start-up, digital marketing, or statistics for economics.

International Foundation Programme

Students whose qualifications do not meet our general entrance or course requirements may need to take an International Foundation Programme to qualify for entry to an undergraduate degree programme.

Applicants should have completed the Thawjihiyah (Saudi High School)

Grade 80%+

Undergraduate Programmes

Applicants should have completed an appropriate pre-university programme required
OR
Successfully completed the first year in recognised Saudi Arabian University

GPA of 3.5 or 5.0 depending on course

International Baccalaureate

We are happy to accept students who have completed the IB qualification. We will use UCAS Tariff scores to assess a student’s suitability. Subject-specific requirements at Higher Level (HL) Grade 5 may apply. For clarity of entry requirements for the course you’re interested in, please contact the International Office.

Edge Hill’s institution code is EHU E42, and you should ensure that this is entered clearly on your application form, together with the code for the course you wish to apply for. The course codes are listed on the course pages of this website.

2. Via one of our agents or partners:

Our agent or partner will support you in making your application to Edge Hill University. Our agents and partners have had lots of experience helping people to apply to us and they will be able to guide you and make sure that you have included al the documents that we will need. Once you have submitted the application form and all the supporting documentation to our agent or partner they will send them to us.
