Introduction

In a nutshell

Our BSc (Hons) Business with Management Top-Up programme will help you develop the knowledge, skills and experience required for graduate-level employment in business fields. It has been designed to top-up your previously earned skills to level 6.

As well as covering core management functions, this programme specifically focuses on addressing the global challenges of today with an emphasis on sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship and the strategic management and leadership skills that are required in today’s highly dynamic work environment.

HND Higher National Diploma

HND (Higher National Diploma-level 5) in a business-related subject or Pearson/BTEC HND (Higher National Diploma) in a business-related subject or an international equivalent as entry criteria.

Higher Education credits

240 UK HE credits/120 ECTS or equivalent.

Accreditation of Prior Learning

We welcome applications from students who may not have formal/traditional entry criteria but who have relevant experience or the ability to pursue the course successfully. The Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) process could help you to make your work and life experience count. The APL process can be used for entry onto courses or to give you exemptions from parts of your course. Two forms of APL may be used for entry: The Accreditation of Prior Certificated Learning (APCL) or the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL).

English Language Requirements

International applicants will be required to show a proficiency in English. An IELTS score of 6.0 (with no element below 5.5) is proof of this. If you need to improve your written and spoken English, you might be interested in our English language courses.
