    About

    Develop the knowledge, skills and competencies required for 3D mechanical modelling using Solidworks with this intensive 7-week course.

    This course will provide students with the knowledge, skills and competencies required for 3D mechanical modelling using Solidworks. Students will gain experience in using some of principle skills required for 3D mechanical modelling, features such as 3D modelling, 3D assembly and simulation, using Solidworks Educational Software.

    There are no formal entry requirements but basic computing skills (e.g. use of Windows) will be necessary

      • IELTS (or equivalent) transcripts
      • Passport copy

    If your application is successful, you will receive an initial letter of offer either directly or through the offices of the agency.

    You must then pay the fees for the first year of the programme in full and and provide evidence of a health insurance policy. Once your fees have been lodged in full to the DKIT account, a final letter of offer will be issued. You will need this letter in order to apply for a student visa. Visa applications are made to your local Irish Embassy or Consulate or to the Department of Justice in Ireland. If your visa application is refused, you can apply to the Institute regarding a refund.
