    You will study the latest practice and procedures for the project management of new-build and refurbishment projects, industrial initiatives such as strategic partnering and collaboration, prefabrication and offsite manufacture, lean construction techniques, and dispute resolution. Learn how to apply critical thinking to your experiences, working towards continuous professional development.

    Academic Qualifications

    • Applicants who have completed a Diploma of Technician / Technical Diploma in a relevant subject can be considered for year 1 entry of an undergraduate degree
    • Applicants who have followed the IB Diploma curriculum can be considered for undergraduate entry – the normal UCAS tariff will be applied
    • Applicants who have followed the A-Level curriculum can be considered for undergraduate entry – the normal UCAS tariff will be applied

    Undergraduate Advanced Entry

    Students who have completed a 2 year Diploma or Associate Degree from a recognised institution can be considered for advanced entry onto the 2nd year of an undergraduate degree programme

    English language requirements

    International applicants will need to have achieved an overall of IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component/TOEFL 72 overall and a minimum of 18 in reading, 17 in listening, 20 in speaking and 17 in writing or equivalent.

    When you graduate, you’ll have the ability and confidence to begin a graduate career in Building Surveying and work towards corporate membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

    On successful completion of your degree, you will be eligible to apply for the APM Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) via Route 1, as your degree has been assessed as meeting the requirements for Technical Knowledge.
