Our Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice and single Criminology major in the Bachelor of Arts or Philosophy (Honours) have been designed to maximise your employability by focussing on the specific, practical skills that employers in industry are looking for.
You'll be encouraged to question current practices and find ways for improvement while developing a broad range of policy and practice-relevant skills, including the capacity to think critically, integrate theory and research into practice, and communicate effectively in written and oral forms, which will maximise your employability in the criminal justice and government sector.

- Criminologist

- Police / correctional services officer (sworn or unsworn member)
- Policy adviser at the local, State, or Commonwealth level

- Save or submit your application
Domestic students applying for Graduate Entry Medicine must apply to GEMSAS.
If you are applying for a combined coursework and research professional psychology program, you will need to apply via the School of Graduate Research.
If you're an international student, you may wish to apply through an agent.

- Admissions will contact you if any additional information is needed to process your application. You can upload any additional documentation to your application via the applicant portal.
- If you have applied for a course that requires an interview, Admissions will contact you close to the interview period.
- If you have elected to be considered for any credit transfer, this will be reviewed by the Admissions team. This does not preclude you from applying for additional credit transfer after enrolment.
