The bachelors program in Culture and Technology provides you with a comprehensive understanding of the complex interrelation between these two areas. The core subject Language and Communication introduces you to theoretical and experimental language and speech analysis. The curriculum particularly focuses on the social, cognitive, and emotive functions of language and communication in different social areas including media.
In the general component of the curriculum, you learn the technical, methodological, and social skills needed to understand the mental, social, and material dimensions of the modern world and their correlation. You learn to bridge the gap between the humanities and cultural studies and natural and technical sciences and to understand the position science holds in society from a transdisciplinary perspective.
