Data Intelligence through Information Technology

How to store, manage, and use data is a crucial component in almost any current domain or industry. In addition, understanding how data is transformed into information enriches the skills that a student can provide to any organization. This minor will provide students with the opportunity to use tools and techniques across all parts of the data lifecycle, including storage, management, analysis, use, and presentation.

• Academic Records
  • Academic records include all secondary school studies, beginning with 9th grade through the most current available at the time of application.
  • Proof of secondary school graduation is required before you enroll at Miami.
• Proof of English Language Proficiency
  • Provide TOEFL or IELTS test scores or provide alternative proof of English language proficiency.

Required Documents for Visa

An I-20 visa document is required to enroll as an international student at Miami University. To receive yours, please first provide the following items:

• A copy of your passport or national identification card.
• An international student financial support form with documentation of financial support, such as a bank statement. (Tax returns or letters of employment/income are not acceptable.)
