About

The BSc in Digital Business and Innovation is a new four-year programme designed to prepare you for the future world of work, one infused with digital technologies. The programme will give you the competencies and skills to make the most of digitalisation to innovate and transform businesses. This programme, designed in conjunction with industry, will help future proof you, giving you an innovation mind-set and industry-relevant knowledge and skills in emerging technologies such as cloud computing, big data, virtual reality and much more.

Entry Requirements

Applicants presenting with GCE A Levels or the IB Diploma may be considered for direct entry into Undergraduate programmes at DCU.

Applicants who have completed an alternative qualification from this nation may be considered for direct entry into Undergraduate programmes at DCU.

English Program Requirements

In the case of all applications, evidence MUST be provided of competence in the English language. The list below indicates the minimum standards in the English language, which should be met for entry to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in DCU.

International Foundation Programme

Pre-sessional English programmes

If you have a conditional offer of a place at DCU, but don’t satisfy DCU’s English language requirements, you may be able to take a five-week or 10-week presessional English programme on the DCU campus. Once you successfully complete this programme, you can progress to your full-time DCU programme.
