    About

    As a future digital leader, this course provides you with the latest skills and capabilities to utilise digital technologies and manage information effectively in business.

    Digital technologies are fundamentally transforming business models, products, services and ways of working. You will learn tools and techniques for managing technology mediated change and innovation in digital business. You will be equipped to successfully adapt and innovate to meet the challenges and opportunities posed by digital transformation.

    You will benefit from strong links to business, as the course has been co-designed by academic experts and industry leaders from our Advisory Board.

    Academic excellence

    This Masters is supported by an Advisory Board, with representatives from leading UK and international businesses, including IBM, Ericsson, ITV, BT, Crisp Thinking and Thales Group. They advise on programme content, deliver guest lectures and workshops, provide dissertation projects and offer site visits. You will benefit from a curriculum developed in collaboration with these partners, which allows us to focus our teaching on the skills most relevant to the future digital workplace.

    Teaching on the MSc is informed by leading scholars from the–¯AIMTech Research Centre–¯at Leeds University Business School, one of Europe's most influential research centres in information systems and information management.

    The centre has a tradition of cutting-edge research subjects, including organisational innovation and adaptation to new technologies, digital transformation, social media in organisations, digital platforms and new business models, and evaluation of new information systems.

    This course prepares you for a range of careers related to digital information management and systems innovation. Graduates can consider a management or specialist position in information systems, information management, senior IT and business development, along with technology, data and analytics consultancy. You may also pursue a dynamic career as a digital leader, technological innovator or entrepreneur.
