Diplomacy and Global Politics introduces you to diplomacy, international relations, and comparative politics. It provides you with an understanding of foreign and domestic security policies, international economic relationships, and foreign cultures. In this major, you'll explore issues and problems that cross geographic boundaries.

  • Academic records include all secondary school studies, beginning with 9th grade through the most current available at the time of application.
  • Proof of secondary school graduation is required before you enroll at Miami.
• Proof of English Language Proficiency
  • Provide TOEFL or IELTS test scores or provide alternative proof of English language proficiency.

Required Documents for Visa

An I-20 visa document is required to enroll as an international student at Miami University. To receive yours, please first provide the following items:

• A copy of your passport or national identification card.
• An international student financial support form with documentation of financial support, such as a bank statement. (Tax returns or letters of employment/income are not acceptable.)
