Electrical Engineering (Faculty of Science)

In the Minor in Electrical Engineering, you will develop an understanding of key principles of rapidly advancing fields, including computer technology, micro-electronics, automation and robotics, telecommunications, and power systems.

If you are a creative thinker pursuing a Physics major who enjoys computers and working in labs, then the electrical engineering minor may be the right fit for you.

The Minor program in Electrical Engineering does not carry professional recognition. Only students enrolled in the Physics Major are eligible for this program.

Accepted international credentials

Applicants are reviewed on their high school transcript with particular emphasis on yearly averages and results in prerequisite subjects (prerequisite subjects must have been completed during the last two years of high school).
