The Master of Employment Relations (MER) program is offered jointly by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Faculty of Business Administration. From career counseling to contract negotiations, the MER program will help you effectively manage relationships in your organization. This part-time multi-disciplinary program provides advanced-level study of all aspects of the employment relationship. Description of program
- MER " The MER program is offered by full-time or part-time study and involves 36 credit hours of coursework. Full-time students normally complete the program in two academic years.
