About
The M.S. in Engineering Management program aims to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to lead and manage engineering projects in an efficient and effective manner. The program focuses on not only the solutions to general managerial problems but also impart specialized knowledge to solve engineering and technology problems using various methodologies. The participants will gain competency in leadership, planning, creativity and decision making that are necessary for managerial positions in various types of organizations.
The Engineering Management program targets:
- Any engineering graduate with the desire to enhance his/her career by gaining knowledge and experience in engineering management,
- The engineers who are targeted at strategic managerial positions in their companies,
- Participants who desire to perform advanced academic research in the field.
Program Structure
Engineering Management Master Program is offered only with non-thesis option. Non-thesis program consists of 10 courses (equal to 30 credits) and a project. The duration given for project completion is one semester.
Engineering Management Master Program courses continue for 14 weeks in Baheehir University Beikta Campus during both Fall and Spring semesters. Courses are held between 19:00-20:00 on weekdays.

English Program Requirements
If English is not your first language, or you do not have an internationally recognized English qualification, you will need to provide evidence of your English language ability. You can bring one of the internationally recognized test results or you can take the proficiency test of Bahçeşehir University (For Undergraduate Programs Min. Score: 60-Graduate Programs Min. Score: 65)

STEP 1
ONLINE APPLICATION
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Submit Copy of Passport
- Submit a copy of Undergraduate Diploma (in English or Turkish)
- Transcript of records/required scores (in English or Turkish)
- Foreign language exam results (if any)
- TOEFL (IBT 79)
- TOMER (B2)certificate (only for programs offered in Turkish)
Please note: Your application will not be taken into consideration by the Admission Committee
until you submit all required documents.
We will send you an acknowledgment of evaluation result within three weeks of receiving your
application
STEP 2
PRE-ENROLLMENT
Follow the instructions on your Conditional Acceptance Letter by sending the deposit and reserve your seat and obtain the Official Acceptance Letter before coming to Istanbul to finalize registration.
STEP 3
PAYMENT
- Cash is accepted at Deniz Bank / B building.
- Credit card is accepted at BAU Financial Office.
Visit International Office when payment is done!
Note: Paid in Cash? Verify your payment from the Financial Affairs.
Monday – Friday 9 a.m – 6 p.m
STEP 4
COMPLETE ENROLLMENT
- Go to the Student Affairs office.
- Submit your original documents and payment receipts.
- Get your student account activated at registration office for international students.
- Get information about English proficiency if needed.

STEP 5
RESIDENCE PERMIT
The final step is for you to complete your residence permit application. Visit the International Office and a representative will assist you.

Please bring along with you the following documents:
- Passport
- Photocopy of your passport ID page as well as the pages with student visa and entry stamps (if you require a visa to enter Turkey)
- Student certificate
- Health insurance
- 4 passport-sized photographs
- Application fee receipt (can be paid at Ziraat Bank or Tax Offices)
- Tax number from the tax office
- If you are under 18: Consent letter, birth certificate
- A colored copy of the Residence Permit application form
And you’re done!
