Courses with an integrated foundation year are ideal if you’ve got the ability to study for a degree, but don’t have the necessary formal qualifications to directly join an honours programme.
You’ll have a lot of choice on the BA (Hons) English Language and Linguistics course when you progress onto Year 1. There are modules to suit any interest – from language structure to the teaching of language, language and gender, and forensic linguistics.
Diploma from a technical / vocational or health college / institute with a GPA of 2.0/5 or 60-64%
Successful completion of on year of appropriate study at a recognised KSA university with a GPA 2.5/5 (65-69%)
Diploma from a technical / vocational or health college / institute with a GPA of 2.5/5 (65-69%)
Our English Language and Linguistics (with Foundation Year) degree could lead to a career in local government and public services, marketing, publishing, the police force and graduate entry schemes in the private sector.
Graduates have also gone on to study to become teachers, or stepped into postgraduate research programmes.
