Finance Major Requirements
As a finance major, you will take six required finance courses in addition to completing the core Bachelor of Business Administration degree requirements. You'll start the program by learning the theory and applications of corporate finance then explore specialized finance classes on topics such as investments, portfolio management, derivatives and risk management, international financial management, capital markets, financial institutions, and financial modelling with Excel. You will also be exposed to case-based courses where you will apply theory to real-life scenarios.
