Overview Financial regulation and capital markets students will choose twelve credit hours from the core courses, and may choose from elective courses covering areas related to finance, tax law, and business organizations, among others.Indiana Law’s L.L.M. degree is primarily for international students and is our most popular graduate degree option.The school opened in 1842 as the first state university law school in the Midwest.
