    Overview Gifted and Talented Learners from Cleveland State University (CSU) provides training in meeting the needs of a broad range of gifted learners including culturally diverse children, females, those with dual exceptionalities (LD/Gifted, ADD/Gifted, etc.), underachievers, and those with special talents. The program provides opportunities for interested individuals to develop knowledge and skills in cultivating creativity and dealing with children's families and other professionals regarding gifted issues.CareersThis program is designed for experienced/licensed teachers to gain further qualifications and skills for working with gifted and talented learners. As noted previously, those who complete the endorsement or master’s degree will be eligible to work as gifted intervention specialists, gifted consultants, and/or gifted coordinators in many school districts. I want to find another Master Course Participation in the program enhances skills in classroom teaching, administrative decision-making, individualized intervention, and collaboration and leadership skills within the broader educational community.Some of the local institutions that hire graduates include Cleveland Heights School District, Cleveland School District, Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County, and Parma City Schools.

    • 1 : Application FormApplication Fee Transcripts from any institution where you received a four-year degree or higher Undergraduate cumulative grade-point average of at least 2.75 (3.0 if the baccalaureate degree is more than six years old at the time of application) Completion of 12 or more semester credits of Cleveland State graduate coursework (including EDB 601) AND received a grade of B- or better in EDB 601 with a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.0A score at the 50th percentile on the Miller Analogies Test or on the Verbal and Quantitative sections of Graduate Record Examination
