The Graduate Certificate in Human Services provides an opportunity for higher level tertiary study in human services for those with an undergraduate degree and for experienced practitioners without an undergraduate qualification. It also provides an entry level qualification into Master programs in the human services where the applicant has no prior undergraduate qualification or has an undergraduate qualification but in a non-relevant field.
This course offers a higher level qualification in human services for those with a Bachelor degree. It also offers an entry level qualification into Masters programs in the fields of human services and social work for experienced practitioners in human services without tertiary qualifications. Graduates wishing to enter the Master of Social Work (Professional Qualifying) are able to complete pre-requisite subjects in either psychology/sociology and or politics/policy to meet entry for this course.
