Add immediate value to your business by learning practical and innovative strategies to lead teams with a high-performing culture.
UniSQ’s new fast-tracked degree allows you to study two subjects at a time throughout one eight-week teaching period. The intake for each teaching period is consecutive with all subjects focus on scenario-based learning.
Complete this graduate certificate within four months of full-time study (two subjects at a time). Choose to study one subject at a time and finish within 8 months.

Entry requirements

Completion of an Australian university 3-year bachelor degree, or equivalent, with a GPA of at least 4.0 out of 7.0, and a minimum of 3 years' full-time relevant professional work experience in business at management or supervisory level.
or
With no formal university qualification, you will require at least 5 years' relevant professional work experience at management or supervisory level which is equivalent of an Australian bachelor degree (AQF Level 7).

Applicants who have not completed a 3-year bachelor degree, but have a minimum of 5 years' professional work experience in business with at least 1 year's management or supervisory level experience, or equivalent, may apply for entry and be assessed on a case by case basis.

English language requirements

You are required to meet the applicable English language requirements and this degree requires a minimum of IELTS 6.5 with a minimum 6.0 in each subscore. UniSQ also accepts other English language proficiency tests.

If you don't meet the English language requirements, you can apply to study with our English language partner, the Union Institute of Language (UIL).

English Program Requirements

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) allows students to gain credit (advanced standing) towards their course in recognition of skills and knowledge gained through work experience, life experience and/or formal training. Applicants are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
