Admission Requirements for Health Literacy Certificate When applying to the Health Literacy Graduate Certificate program, you will need to submit several documents for review: Online application Application fee of $50 Goals statement (upload with the application) Official transcript: minimum 2.5 undergraduate GPA or masters degree required for admission. English Program Requirements

For students required to show English Language Proficiency for summer 2020 and fall 2020, Georgia State accepts Duolingo English tests as one of the new English proficiency tests. To register for the test, please go to go.duolingo.com/applicants. The Duolingo English Test can be taken online from a computer with a camera. Certiﬁed results are available within two days and can be shared instantly with the university. For 2020-2021 admissions cycle, any changes on the admissions requirements will be updated on the website under the guidance from the University System of Georgia.
