Healthcare Technologies MSc/MRes

About

The Healthcare Technologies MSc/MRes will train students in healthcare engineering and build their clinical and industrial awareness of problems and solutions for technology in modern global healthcare. The MSc/MRes will prepare students for doctoral research degrees or employment in the healthcare sector.

Developments throughout engineering are transforming modern healthcare. The rise of machine learning, the adoption of surgical robotics, parallel developments in radiopharmaceutical chemistry and molecular imaging, and the availability of advanced imaging and big data have opened up several new domains of knowledge which will be key to further technological advances. Our MSc/MRes program will fully equip students to take advantage of these exciting new developments and maximise their potential to transform healthcare.

The opportunity for all students to link with our clinical, industrial and radiopharmaceutical partners will enrich their experience, allowing students to develop advanced technical competencies that have clinical and commercial relevance. On completion of their studies, students will be well-prepared to take control of their own career trajectories and to begin to lead new developments in these technological advances.

Applicants who have completed a Bachelor degree from a recognised institution in Jordan will need to demonstrate the following grades to be considered for a Postgraduate course at King's:
