The Certificate in Human Nutrition for Internationally Trained Dietitians is based on a need for formal acknowledgement of academic upgrading taken by internationally trained dietitians (ITD) at the University of Saskatchewan. The certificate is only available to students who have been approved through the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians licensure pathway.

What you will learn

The courses chosen represent three key dietetic practice domains including nutrition care, population health promotion, and food provision. Taking these courses will ensure ITDs have the necessary foundation across all practice areas which will prepare them for their subsequent practical training.
