    Overview As an Industrial Distribution specialist, you may work directly for electronic systems manufacturers, petrochemical corporations, materials processors, large construction contractors, large industrial product consumers or the wholesale distributors that service these industries.Part of the Texas A&M College of Engineering, the Industrial Distribution Program at Texas A&M University is revered and respected as the best distribution program in the nation. This Program was built and continues to grow through the support of industry. The faculty, staff and current students work hard with the industry to maintain the Program’s status and increase its ability to deliver a world-class education. Our mission is simple:Provide a comprehensive engineering and business curriculum to students seeking a career in the field of distribution.Ensure students receive hands on education through modern laboratories, guest lectures, field trips, and study abroad programs.Maintain relevant partnerships with industry that promote Program growth through research initiatives and active participation in our program.Our faculty is second to none, providing up to date insight through research on distribution operations around the world.
