International Commercial and Dispute Resolution Law LLM

Increasingly globalisation has led to a growing demand for commercial lawyers with an understanding of international law.

This course meets this need and will help you develop an understanding of the origins of public and private international conflicts and disputes the causes of cross-border and municipal commercial disputes and how these can be prevented managed and resolved.

Intermediate qualifications available:

• Postgraduate certificate 60 credits at Masters level
• Postgraduate diploma 120 credits at Masters level

There are six entry points through the year. This allows you to start when it is most suitable.

When you submit an application form you must remember to include photocopies of the following supporting documents. We do not need to see your original qualifications and certificates.

• A completed application form signed by you (an electronic signature is fine)
• Copies of your official academic qualifications and certificates including proof of your level of English Language (where relevant)
• A one-page personal statement. This should tell us why you want to study your chosen course.
• A copy of your current valid passport details
• Please submit copies of any UK Visa that you have held and any documentation relating to previous visa refusals from any country
