Course overview
In Years 1, 2 and your final year you will take language modules in Italian, as well as literature, film, cultural or history modules related to them alongside modules in Jewish Studies.
You will spend your third year abroad, in a country where Italian is spoken. At the end of your third year, you will be expected to achieve the same linguistic competence regardless of whether you start a language from beginner level or have previous knowledge of it.
Over the four years, you will deepen your knowledge of the Italian and Hebrew languages while also developing valuable skills in cultural literacy and critical thinking.
