    The course provides you with a thorough understanding of all core aspects of business law, supporting you with the knowledge and resources to successfully thrive in a modern, evolving, globalised world.

    You will examine business law in the UK and EU and discover how to compare and contrast the approaches of common and civil law. In addition to studying core modules, you will be able to choose from a wide variety of optional, insightful modules, enabling you to tailor your studies and specialise in your chosen area of interest and reach your career ambitions. 

    This career enhancing course enables graduates to secure a wide variety of roles relating to legal work and the operation and regulation of businesses. It also allows graduates to develop in sectors including accounting, finance and human resources.

    The course is taught by a faculty with extensive expertise in an array of legal fields and is suitable for graduates in either business or law.  

    This course explores the core aspects of business law and the approaches of common and civil law, while also providing the flexibility to specialise in your chosen areas of interest, through a variety of optional modules.

    Entry Requirements

    For courses that require a 2.1 classification, we accept an equivalent of GPA 3.0/4.0 or 3.5 (out of 5.0) or 80%

    For courses that require a 2.2 classification, we accept an equivalent of GPA 2.5/4.0 or 2.8 (out of 5.0) or 75%

    Some courses have additional entry criteria such as a portfolio, work experience or require you to have a degree in a related field.
