    This part-time programme meets the requirements of the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship Standard. Eligible organisations are able to use آ£14,000 of their Apprenticeship Levy to cover the Senior Leader Apprenticeship (Part I) of the programme tuition fee. For students choosing to progress onto the Management and Leadership MSc (Part II) the additional fee of آ£5000 can be funded by the employer or employee.     Our Management and Leadership MSc is informed by Cranfields Management MSc – ranked 3rd in the UK by The Economist Which MBA? Masters in Management 2019 ranking – and our Executive MBA – ranked 8th in the UK in the Financial Times ranking of Executive MBA programmes 2020.

    This practical management postgraduate course, delivered in partnership with Grant Thornton – one of the worlds leading organisations of independent professional services, will help you develop your leadership and management skills with a specific focus on leading-edge insights, commercial application and effective management frameworks.     Entry Requirements

    Our general entry requirement is a UK Honours degree (minimum second class lower) or international equivalent. Our Admissions Office staff have extensive knowledge of a wide range of qualifications from all over the world and will assess your qualifications against our UK entry requirements. Applications are considered on an individual basis and the information provided here is intended as a general guide. Holding this level of qualification does not guarantee entry and some programmes may have higher entry requirements.

    English Program Requirements

    To study for a formal award at Cranfield you will need to demonstrate that you can communicate effectively in English in an academic environment. You can meet this requirement in the following ways:

    • If you have previously obtained a higher education level qualification from a UK university and have been taught and assessed in English (note that international applicants applying for Master’s courses in Cranfield’s School of Management are required to have studied in the UK for the full duration of the course).
    • If you are a national of or have a obtained a higher education level qualification from a country on the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) list of majority English speaking countries:

      *You will usually be required take an English test if your studies were not taught and assessed in English.
    • If you have been continuously employed in the UK for a minimum of five years immediately prior to the start of the course, providing you are able to supply a reference from your current employer which explicitly confirms you are able to communicate effectively in English.
    • By providing a satisfactory English test certificate that meets the requirement of the course you have applied for.

    How to Apply

    Applications are made online here or from the course page.

      Once you have submitted your application you will receive an email confirmation. Within two days of submission we will confirm your username and password, so you can access our Applicant Portal, EVE, through which you will be able to:

      • view your application and personal details,
      • check the status of your application,
      • upload documents, if required, in support of your application,
      • request a change to your application,
      • update your contact details,
      • withdraw your application (prior to receiving a decision),
      • ask for a deferral (if you have received an offer).

      To help speed up the application process, please provide your supporting documents, for example degree certificate, as soon as possible.

      We only require electronic copies of these documents during the application process, which you can provide securely in the Applicant Portal or by email, there is no need to send photocopies by post. Please do not send us hard copies of your original documents.
