This module acknowledges the needs of those in current or developmental managerial roles in health and social care arenas or organisations (including the voluntary or independent sector) who wish to develop new management skills to enhance future Integrative Health and Social Care.
Most students who undertake this programme of study are already employed in practice and/or in management roles within the fields of health, social care, public, voluntary or community sector organisations.
The accumulation of knowledge and skills for managerial roles of the 21st century is a National and International challenge. Through this module students will gain the skills to lead quality and service improvements, understand the value of effective strategic management and develop skills in professional judgement and problem solving.
