About

This postgraduate programme prepares you for a career as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist.Clinical Exercise Physiologists are allied health professionals who design and deliver exercise for the prevention and management of chronic health problems such as musculoskeletal issues, diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease.

You will complete clinical placements at sites like the Health and Rehabilitation Clinic, undertaking the supervised work experience needed to gain professional registration.

Graduates of the MClinExPhys will complete a CAAHEP-accredited programme and be eligible to register as highly specialised allied health professionals. Employment pathways include public and private hospitals, private rehabilitation clinics, private practices and public health organisations.
