    About

    Our Mental Health, Ethics and Law MSc course is delivered by two internationally recognised centres of excellence and provides an integrated, strongly interdisciplinary, education in mental health, ethics and law. It equips graduates to become leaders in healthcare, mental health law or policy. As a student on the programme, you will have the unique opportunity to study alongside others from a wide range of academic and professional disciplines at the heart of Londons legal and psychiatric world.
  • In-depth and integrated clinical, philosophical and legal analysis of key issues presented in the field of mental health.
  • Run by the UK's first Centre of Medical Law and Ethics, in collaboration with Europe's largest centre for research and teaching in psychiatry, psychology and neuroscience: the Institute of Psychology, Psychiatry and Neuroscience.
  • Teaching is based in central London, and teaching staff maintain close links with national and international policy makers and leading legal and clinical practitioner communities.

    Applicants who have completed a Bachelor degree from a recognised institution in Jordan will need to demonstrate the following grades to be considered for a Postgraduate course at King's:

    UK degree classification Jordanian equivalency

    High 2:1 Class Bachelor (Honours) degree

    (equivalent to 65% overall)

    GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0

    Overall score of 80%

    2:1 Class Bachelor (Honours) degree

    GPA of 3.3 out of 4.0

    Overall score of 75%

    High 2:2 Class Bachelor (Honours) degree

    GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0

    Overall score of 70%

    Postgraduate research courses

    A Master's degree from a recognised university with high grades considered for programmes requiring a UK Master's degree.

    English Program Requirements
