This programme is approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Graduates are eligible for registration as a Registered Midwife with the NMC.
You will study at our new ultra-modern campus in Lanarkshire, which is equipped with the latest innovative and collaborative technologies.
This programme carries UNICEF’s UK Baby Friendly Initiative accreditation for ensuring midwifery students are equipped with the knowledge and skills to advise and support breastfeeding mothers.
The programme comprises 50% theory and 50% practice. Practice placements are available throughout, NHS Ayrshire and Arran, NHS Dumfries and Galloway, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, NHS Highland and NHS Lanarkshire.
