Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Programme ; within the scope of design, development and production of all kinds of ships, other marine vehicles and machinery, offers a research and application oriented graduate level education.

Currently, 61 MSc and 18 PhD students are enrolled in the program.
Each year, 25 new students for MSc and 15 new students for PhD may be enrolled.
Department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering has 20 academic staff, and offers 32 graduate courses, including 10 PhD courses (in Turkish and English) in an academic year.
Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Programme, as a member of the ERASMUS programme, offers students the opportunity to continue part of their education in Europe.
