Our Nutrition & Exercise Prescription course is for anyone who wants to learn how nutrition positively influences health, fitness, and disease management in medical settings. It is delivered by academics with extensive research and applied practitioners experience.

The course teaches the practical skills you need for jobs in medical nutrition, exercise prescription, and research.

You'll be able to access hands-on experience to help you achieve your career goals. Gain experience in our sports laboratories, accredited by the British Association of Sport & Exercise Sciences, on-campus Wellness Centre, and through partnerships with local healthcare providers and sports clubs.
