PLAB 2/Medical Licensing Assessment Preparation, PGCert

This 13 week-long PGCert in PLAB 2/MLA Preparation is the first of its kind to be run by a British university, taught by academics with a wealth of clinical experience. The course will enable you to gain the necessary knowledge and skills required to complete the external GMC PLAB2/MLA.

There will be a particular focus on the Clinical and Professional Skills Assessment (CPSA), as well as a focus on the aspects of the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to undertake the Applied Knowledge Test (AKT).

With small class sizes, you will have access to the personal attention and support required to complete your MLA preparation with confidence. Plus, our Preston Campus is conveniently located within easy reach of Manchester by train or car, making it an ideal location for progressing to examination at one of the Manchester assessment centres upon completing the course.
