Water is one of the essential pillars of life. Freshwater management is now one of New Zealand's most pressing environmental challenges. The Postgraduate Diploma in Water Resource Management will cultivate your knowledge and understanding of the issues and skills associated with managing freshwater resources. This programme is delivered jointly from Lincoln University and the University of Canterbury, and will equip you with the skills and awareness to make an impact in this vitally important area.
Note: This programme is not available in 2023. However, students can apply for the Master of Water Science and Management (180 points) or the Master of Science, Water Science and Management (240 points), which are taught at the University of Canterbury. These qualifications are jointly awarded by UC and Lincoln University.
