    About

This associate of science degree program at UC Blue Ash College is designed to prepare students for application to the bachelor's degree program in communication sciences and disorders (PCSD) offered by the University of Cincinnati's College of Allied Health Sciences (CAHS).

The first two years of the communication sciences and disorders program can be completed at UC Blue Ash College. The final two years must be completed at the UC's Clifton Campus or a combination of Blue Ash and Clifton Campuses.

Students majoring in communication sciences and disorders prepare for professions to help people who have difficulty speaking and hearing due to a variety of causes. The study of communication disorders involves understanding the normal development of speech, language and hearing, as well as learning how to diagnose and treat communication disorders in adults and children.
