    This online part-time course is designed for professionals working across a range of occupations, mainly in the public and third sectors including:

    Develop more effective leadership and management skills within your own role and organisation. Specialise in your field of expertise while gaining the skills and adaptability to respond to the challenges of your role.

    You will study your own working practice and explore ways in which you can test ideas about improving your management and leadership strategies.

    By developing your personal skills and leadership qualities, you will enhance your effectiveness, gaining a wider understanding of managing change within organisations, and enhancing your career development opportunities.

    The course is flexible and supportive, starting where you are professionally and building from there. Your current skills, experience, and qualifications will be recognised and accredited through the application process. In this way you may be able to gain credits in advance, thereby reducing the time taken to complete the degree.
