    Overview While learning the tools and techniques used to monitor and track project costs and schedules, students develop the ability to manage project resources and communications, and complete a successful project. The program covers both introductory and advanced knowledge, and provides the skills to manage a complex project within a specific time frame and budget.Students of the Project Management program at Boston University seeking a broad range of professional responsibilities will benefit from this detailed examination of a project’s conception, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and implementation.
