The Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management offers a minor in property development. Students can complete the minor by taking 20 credits in real estate and construction management. As part of the Burns School's courses of study, students will learn about property development from a cross-disciplinary perspective, studying management and marketing in addition to accounting and finance.
