Overview The Quality (Online) programme from Institute of Technology Sligo covers the scientific and management principles necessary for the achievement of customer satisfaction in a way that makes an enterprise competitive. The tools and techniques necessary to implement LEAN and SIX SIGMA programmes are included as well as modules on the statistical, management and communications aspects of quality. These principles, tools and techniques also have wide application outside the quality function. Students completing the L7 BSc in Quality meet the requirements of the internationally recognised Six Sigma Green Belt award.
