Quantity Surveying (with Foundation Year), BSc (Hons)

Foundation year courses are designed for students who have the ability to study for a degree, but don’t have the necessary formal qualifications to directly enter their chosen Honours degree programme.

You will study alongside peers from related courses, gaining a broad introduction to the principles and concepts of engineering, underpinned by a sound knowledge and understanding of scientific principles.

At the end of your foundation year you will have all the skills and knowledge to progress to our BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying undergraduate course, or a related degree.

On our degree you’ll gain a sound understanding of construction technology, management and economics. You’ll act as financial advisor to your client or contractor, managing costs on construction sites, and providing ideas and creative solutions for projects.

Diploma from a technical / vocational or health college / institute with a GPA of 2.0/5 or 60-64%

Successful completion of on year of appropriate study at a recognised KSA university with a GPA 2.5/5 (65-69%)
