Realising Your Talent Potential: A Guide to Navigating the World of Talent Management

    About

Talent management is a priority for organisational competitive advantage. The covid-19 pandemic has amplified a global talent war across sectors and industry. Some countries are now facing an acute talent shortage combined with a wave of 'great resignations' from their most talented people.

Consequently, leaders and managers are expected to play a critical role in developing and retaining talent. But what does that mean in practice? What are the best practices for identifying, developing, and retaining talented employees?

From an employee perspective, being identified as 'talent' is a pivotal career event. How do you make the most of this opportunity to define a personalised career path?

In this interactive workshop, we will examine the definition of talent, explore how to identify people's talent(s). We will also discuss the opportunities and pitfalls of the talent status. Finally, we will learn how coaching can be an effective intervention for developing talented employees as future leaders.
